Every piece is built to order at our partner factories, direct from the factory, so orders typically arrive at your door 30–35 business days from order confirmation. You'll get a confirmed delivery window once your order ships.
Yes. We manage the entire journey: factory pickup, ocean freight, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and full installation and assembly in your home. Delivery and installation are free on orders of $600 or more; below that it's a flat $80, installation included.
Yes - we can dispose of your old furniture on the same day we deliver your new pieces. Just add disposal at checkout: it's $100, and free on orders over $1,500.
Yes - that's what the catalog is built around. Most pieces come in multiple colors and finishes you can pick on the product page. For custom fabrics, sizes, or bespoke builds, book a free consultation and our team will put a quote together for you.
Every order ships with a 2-year Vella warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. We personally inspect each piece before it leaves the factory - and if anything fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it. Factories don't offer warranties, so we do.
Our furniture is made to order at partner factories in China that we've vetted in person. Working directly - no middlemen - is how we keep prices lower than typical Singapore showrooms while matching the build quality of premium brands.
