Terms of Service

By accessing or placing an order through the Forme website (forme.sg), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All prices on the Forme website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural variation in materials. Dimensions are provided as guidelines; minor variances are to be expected.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the specified products. Your order is accepted and a contract formed only upon our written confirmation (typically by email). We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Delivery is available within Singapore only. Delivery timelines provided on product pages and during checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Forme is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including public holidays, building access restrictions, or logistical disruptions.

Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery slot that suits you. Delivery includes white-glove installation: we assemble your furniture in your preferred room and remove all packaging.

If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom-order or made-to-order items. For stock items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the item being in its original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply.

All Forme products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team at hello@forme.sg with your order number and a description of the issue.

All content on the Forme website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Forme Furniture Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Forme's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
