How long does built-to-order furniture take?
30 to 35 business days from order confirmation to your door. That's roughly six to seven weeks.
Why does it take longer than in-stock furniture?
It's made for you after you order, instead of waiting in a warehouse. Skipping the warehouse and the showroom is also how we keep prices fair.
When should I order for my BTO?
Count back 30 to 35 business days from move-in and add a buffer. For most renovations, that's around the start of carpentry.
What if my renovation is delayed?
Tell us as early as you can and we'll work out the delivery timing with you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery and installation are free on orders from $600. Below that it's a flat $80, installation included.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. It doesn't cover misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.
